From our very first achievement in securing a job for a newcomer at the prestigious PwC, to now being instrumental in the employment and transformation of over 120 lives, we’ve set in motion a ripple effect of change, prosperity, and hope. Our unwavering commitment and dedication have given birth to an array of success stories that have redefined the narrative of newcomers’ integration into the Dutch society.
Partnerships
We’ve effectively harnessed partnerships with esteemed corporations like Starbucks, PwC, The Tribe Of Lights, Gemeente Amsterdam, Gemmente Den Haag, Hotel 400, De Thuisgevers, and a host of other organizations. These collaborations have allowed us to run recruiting events and provide a holistic career assistance platform, acting as a bridge for newcomers into the Dutch workforce. But our impact extends beyond job placements – we change lives, foster hope, and build prosperous futures.
Public Policy
In the realm of public policy, we have made significant strides as well. We’ve joined hands with high-ranking governmental figures, including the former Mayor of Amsterdam, Eberhard van der Laan, and the current Minister of Defence, Kajsa Ollongren, during her tenure as a city councillor in Amsterdam. These partnerships have propelled us to make substantial contributions in refugee integration policy and practice, amplifying our positive impact.
Project
One of our most notable contributions is our involvement in the Startblok Riekerhaven Amsterdam project. Here, we used our expertise to design a harmonious housing experience for Dutch students and youth newcomers, bringing together different cultures under one roof, fostering understanding, respect, and unity.
